Hello beloved members of VSCO!
This is Bryan here, updating the blog for all the regulars and followers of v-s-c-o.blogspot.com!
Anyway, the last three practices before CCA suspends for EOYs are 15th, 18th and 20th September, that's Monday, Thursday and Saturday in this week!
If you wish for us to suspend practice on a high note, please turn up for these three practices!
We'll have sectionals on Monday and Thursday (take this time to learn 酒歌!), and combined practice on Saturday.
The combined practice on Saturday can only be fruitful if you put in effort into the two sectional practices and learn your parts of the songs that we are currently playing, 丰年祭 and 酒歌.
Also, don't waste EVERYBODY's time during dazu when you cannot play your part well, because you did not practise it during sectionals.
Every effort that you put in counts, and accumulates.
After these three practices, we can have one full week and more for going all-out for the end-of-year exams.
Study hard for your exams!
All exams for us end on Wednesday, and on Monday for sec2, and Tuesday for sec1s.
Thus, our CCA will resume practice on 16th October, which is Thursday in the same week.
For the majority, I thank you for understanding that we are entering our SYF practice period already, with the set piece for the SYF coming in pretty soon.
But for the minority, please stop comparing us with other CCAs that suspend earlier than us and/or resume later than us.
If you're going to compare with them, you're not going to have a very bright future for yourself.
If we want to be a successful CCA, we're going to have to be something more, remember?
Ordinary people never go as far as extraordinary people.
Again, for the majority, please help the committee and our CCA by spreading the correct mindset towards vsco!
Especially to the minority :)
If everyone helps a little more, we'll have a stronger future.
